hay everyone whats happenning? i havnt been on here for quite a while so i thought id write something.

 

As most of you know, ive finshed recruits and dam thats the best feeling you will ever get: bar none.

 

since then (bout 7 or 8 weeks ago that was) i have moverd to wagga wagga. Great place to live, shits all over lismore in every way except for 2 things; lismore is close to the coast ( i can live with that ) and its bloody cold

down here! im gonna have to live with that.

 

Well theres one more good thing bout lismore, my xr6 is still up there! goddam its gonna be here in 7 days and thats 7 days too long!

 

Anyhow got not much more to say, look after yaselfs and if you are ever in wagga, im usually at THE CAPITAL on a sat night so look for me there,

Hay everyone a big greeting from 1RTU!!!!

 

sorry I took so long to write this, i only just got a chance to use a computer tonight.

How has recruit training been? well in a strange why its been fun, its good to get out and do something rather then sit on ya ass all day like I have been doing latly, although 10 18hour long days in a row does take it out of you. On the brightside we have sunday off!, and my beer gut is slowly going away lol.

 

I hope everyone took a look at the party photos, theres some good ones even if I look like a spaced idiot in them....

 

I would like to say to say good luck to mr bobo thou, 1RTU is a tough place to live but appartently the army is a lot harder so to speak....

 

Went absailing a couple of days ago for the first time, no qualifing test, just 5 minutes instruction from a PTI and away you go. Quite fun thought dispute the fact I was nearly shitting myself for the first though metres. This was at 7.30 in the morning, 4 hours early we were woken to go for a run around the base then PUSH a truck back to the other end of the base, It was fun in a strange sort of a way, better then the rope walk other there.

 

Most of the blokes down here are good, a few no hopers but hay you always get that. Nicknames are quite funny, melik is known as 'me-like-balls', thens theres fista and coyote and end of lease and riceman and pingo, I am belta. the list goes on.

 

Grad day looks like it will be the 12 of april, not that im counting or anything. The plan was see you guys friday night cause I go home for a few days but then I releasied its a gooddam public holiday. If im mistaken please let me know, I need something to look forward too.

Hay yall how u all doing? im drunk at a party writing this so if it dosnt make sssene thats why, yep im leaving in three (3) days on my journey in to the defence force, it will be fun and challenging and cool and fun and cool. have fun ya'll

16 days. Not very long is it?

Ive spent 6 months looking at the date on my calender going 'shit thats along way away'

Now its 16 days away.

 

2006 is the year of leaving, ashleigh just had her going away party (that was fun, at the start of the night I knew NONE of ashleighs friends and now i got some new mates to have fun with), my mate of 14 years, craig, is having his going away shindig on friday. He and storm (his girlfriend) are moving to brisbane. Not to mention all my mates from cadets who are joining the forces (mitch, scott and andrew) and my mates from school who have left allready.

 

As I have said before, Lismore: a great place to leave.

 

As crappy as lismore is, plenty of good people down there: all the crazy basturds from 26 flight ( special mention to rhi, paul, colesy, mentos, emma, brody, jayden, scott, mitch, cameron and anyone I forgot, great times people), school mates ( not even gonna try a list for that ) and all the people who had the displeasure of meeting me, times have been good and made this shithole of a town bearable.

 

Anyhow, enough of this sappy crap, When my first pay cheque comes theres 2 things its gonna get spent on (well 3 but a house dosnt count), a genuine 1967 XR GT falcon and a dukes of hazzard style 69 RT dodge charger ( without the southern flag on the roof thankyou very much ) none of that ricer shit for this bogan, v8's all the way. I should mention I also plan on investing In a couple of fuel companies....

Just thought Id update considering i havebeen in Evans Head for a while.

New Years went off, as predicted. 20,000 fuckers turned up. So did 100 or so Coppers.

Some walking, some riding horses, some driving around in marked and unmarked cars. But

other then that it was fun.

 

Not much else happening over then trying to enjoy the single life ( incase someone out there hadnt heard bouot me and katie ) and round here in Evans is a good place to do it i guess.

 

Anyhow hope you all had a good NYE and I will be back home in a week or so ( just a warning so you can all leave lol )
